Seamless Cares is a full service In-home care provider based in Lethbridge Alberta. Going beyond traditional in-home care, Seamless Cares also provides services that can increase your day-to-day ability to live easier.
The service and care provided by Seamless Cares is based around the client, we believe in keeping clients with the same caregiver day in and day out. Custom monthly plans are built around the needs of the client, the assigned care giver gets to know the client and all of their needs.
Starting Seamless Cares
Robin Platz and Rianna Wilson met through a business networking group and instantly became friends. Over the next few years the friendship grew during which time, the COVID-19 pandemic became a new normal. Through multiple conversations regarding the challenges of COVID-19 itself, Robin realized there had to be a better way to care for our loved ones. The brainstorming began and Seamless Cares Ltd. was created.

Meet Our Team
After a career in the Financial Service industry, I started my own business as a Professional Organizer in 2012. In 2015, when my husband faced a severe health crisis, we shifted priorities and I spent the next 2 years as his primary caregiver. After his passing in 2017, I decided to move back to Lethbridge where I was raised. My business, Seamless Lifestyles Inc. came with me and I have enjoyed seeing it grow here in Lethbridge. I welcomed my first, last and only son in Feb. 2020 with the assistance of fertility treatments. I love travelling and look forward to showing him our amazing world near and far. I am often found in my garden in the warmer months enjoying a beverage. In the cooler months, by the fire with my slippers on is where it’s at.

Meet Our Team
I was born and raised in Lethbridge and giving back to my community is a big part of who I am. I have a Bachelors in Business Management which was obtained from Griffith University in Australia and a Diploma in Business Administration from Lethbridge College. I enjoyed Australia but missed Southern Alberta and came home to pursue a career in business. I have 20 plus years of management/leadership experience, and am very knowledgeable on running a successful business. You will find me behind the scenes making sure that all the key parts of Seamless Cares are running smoothly. When I am not in the office you will find me traveling, spending time with friends, family, or just hanging out with my two fur babies.
